LetterSight is operated by Maciej Marek. We collect and process only the information needed to respond to enquiries, evaluate fit for email lifecycle services, deliver agreed services and comply with legal obligations.

Information we collect

You may provide your name, business email, company, role, store URL, project notes and any other information you choose to include when contacting us. During prospect research we may record business contact details, source URLs, public company information and observed storefront lifecycle notes.

How we use information

We use information to reply to messages, prepare project scopes, qualify project fit, provide services, maintain suppression lists, improve our research process and meet applicable legal requirements.

Marketing and opt-out

If we contact a business address about LetterSight, we include a simple way to object or opt out. Opt-out requests are recorded in a suppression list and honored before future outreach.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers for hosting, email, scheduling, documents, analytics or project delivery where needed.
